I’m the part-time chief executive of Wester Hailes Growing Communities. 

I have worked to deliver community greenspace projects in Wester Hailes since 2012. 

Wester Hailes Growers have established three community gardens, runs the School Farm programme and hopes to build a new community hub for Murrayburn & Hailesland.

I’m a Clovie resident for about 8 years, born in Perthshire and studied at Edinburgh University in the 70's.

I’ve travelled and worked extensively all around the world following graduation but returned to Edinburgh in 2004.

I’m now a trustee of WHCT and WHGC and a recently elected community councillor.

I enjoy movies, music and food but not as much outdoor activities as he used too!
